ah! actually it's a very simple little trick I simply adore
 I'm not sure if you can do it in PSP, probably can, but I always do it in MS Paint. just select the picture you want the border around, and don't let go of your left mouse button before you press Print Screen on your keyboard! then paste (Control and V) and voila! it's as easy as that

help okay, lael got me a little far but my avatar dissapeared a few days ago...so she told me to turn off this security thing that i didnt even know was on..i sure as heck didnt pout it on anyways, so i turned it off but now, when i try to put my avy in EzCode Parsing Error: noborder]groups.msn.com/_Secure/0S...idfqtfOw/[ it wont let me...it hates me when i click "save changes" its gone not there im really frustrated words of comfort please  cait LVOE YOU |

Um ... call me a little slow, but how do you get to put those little images next to your screen name? For example, Ev, you've got that little coloured square. Where do you get them and how do you put them there? Just curious.

they're called personal icons and you can edit yours on your account preferences page
the max size is 10x10 by the way. |

aw you think mine is cute?? thanx but it's very simple. I easily get bored, hence the often change of av and sig, and if I could I'd change my username every other week too, LOL, but in this case I've always stuck with this icon cause it's just.. dunno.. cute and colourful and simple. it will never bore me..
