Hey guys,
I'm working on a new Orli fic and need betas pretty badly. I'm looking for people who can do the usual stuff: checking my "speeling" and grammar as well as giving advice on plot points, catching me before I do something inconsistent with back story and helping me make my British characters more...British. (Because apparently, just throwing in the words bloody and mate here and there wont do the trick. Who knew?) Id prefer betas who are writers as well, but I dont think I can afford to be too picky here. I will be particular about one thing. I need my betas to be a bit mature. While Im going to try to keep the fic in the pg-13 range, some of the issues that Id like to discuss in my story requires my readers to have an open mind and an IQ higher than the number of fingers on both hands. Hi My names Lindsey. About two years ago I had an idea for a story about Orlando. Its very basic plo was about a 24 year old woman named Natalie* and her daughter Naomi*. Naomi is dyslexic and she has luekemia (this may seem cliche' but I am basing her after a real life-friend. Her dyslexia also includes speech problems. Hence the name of my Fiction is Orlaandddo. Well Orlando has been getting some bad press lately and he wishes to make some mends, so he volenterrs to help with some dyslexic students at an elementry in L.A. Thats where he meets Naomi and Natalie.Orlando may be linked to Kate for the first half of the story, but in the end they will break it off in a very subtle and mutual way. I don't want this story to be a mere fan fiction. I want it to last. I want it to be as real as possible. I'm willing to research dyslexia, lukemia, and L.A (I don't live there). I'm willing to pour my heart and soul into this story. It will be my baby. I am open-minded to help and suggestion. I have terrible grammer issues that need to be adressed, and content could need help. This will be Pg-13. My over all wish for this story is for it to touch someone, for it to be a real story. To do these things I will need a beta...or three lol. The more the merrier. Pls...I need this. Thank you.

Aw thanks. *blushes* I still can't believe it. 7 awards. Crazy. I'm still writing. Got some really good material at the moment. It's a shame noone ever gets to read it any more. Except Kim - I mail her floppies every time I send a letter lol.
